What should you decide before you book party rentals?

Decide the date, venue, guest count and the style you want, because every other choice follows from them. A seated dinner for 60 needs a very different list from a standing reception for the same number.

Then ask what the venue allows. Check loading bay hours, lift size and how far the trucks can get from the setup area. In Dubai, building access windows can be tighter than the event itself.
